The villa is very well located between Girona and Barcelona 
- Just 1h15 from the french border , mainly by highway (only the last 8 km in 'small' roads)   and 40 mn from the easy access downtown Barcelona  ('Ramblas')
- Just 7 km grom the quiet beaches 
and the typical small village , Sant Pol de Mar and its railway station (rail shuttle to Barcelona / Plaza de Catalunya or _with change _to the airport)

The global ground is over 3000 m2 , without direct , offering then a lot a space and freedom at any moment :
