LOCATION

The villa is very well located between Girona and Barcelona 
- Just 1h15 from the french border , mainly by highway (only the last 8 km in 'small' roads)   and 40 mn from the easy access downtown Barcelona  ('Ramblas')
- Just 7 km grom the quiet beaches 
and the typical small village , Sant Pol de Mar and its railway station (rail shuttle to Barcelona / Plaza de Catalunya or _with change _to the airport)

 

 

THE VIEW

GENERAL

The global ground is over 3000 m2 , without direct , offering then a lot a space and freedom at any moment :
- 3 levels of ground: 1) the villa and the large  grass area (with a 100 year old olive tree) with direct access from the veranda  and above   2) the swimming pool  and a large  open area with a private  parking for at least 2 cars and on the side 3)  a ""wild" garden with local trees and beautiful cactus .

The villa is  in front of the sun all day long  and the main life places offer a magnificent view  on the mediterranean sea and the pine trees hills : the kitchen, the 2 suites , the veranda & dining room . And outside an astonishing  terrace. 

THE SWIMMING POOL : 6 * 10 m, with an ecologic cleaning equipment ( natural salt electrolyse )
